No Brief Candle, a documentary work-in-progress directed by award-winning filmmaker Claire Marie Panke, profiles three people living out the “third act” of their lives with grace, creativity, and a knack for reinvention.

Dee (85), Anita (92), and Paul (72) sculpt their lives with a sense of continued learning and growth, a zest for trying new things and giving back to their communities, and a focus on tapping the potential that lies within us at any age.  

With wisdom, humor, and a few surprises, No Brief Candle challenges our misconceptions about aging, and celebrates the power of creativity to enrich the art of living.
